Overview of Structure and Key Problems for Transverse Flux Permanent Magnet Linear Machine

  • 摘要: 横向磁通永磁直线电机(transverse flux permanent magnet linear machine,TFPMLM)得益于横向磁通结构,实现电负荷与磁负荷的解耦,使得电机的推力密度可进一步提高,具有推力密度高、控制特性好等优点,在交通运输、舰船推进、电磁弹射等低速大推力领域具有广阔的应用前景。首先对现阶段国内外TFPMLM的研究发展进行阐述,在其首先对现阶段国内外TFPMLM的研究发展进行阐述,在其结构特点和工作原理的基础上,按照外形结构、工作原理和永磁体安放位置的不同进行分类归纳,重点分析各类拓扑结构的演变及改进措施。其次,对不同类型TFPMLM的性能指标进行定量对比分析,并对其参数与特性、分析设计与优化控制等关键共性问题进行探讨与总结。最后,就此类电机的应用前景与发展趋势进行了总结与展望。

     

    Abstract: Transverse flux permanent magnet linear machine(TFPMLM) benefits from the structure of transverse flux, realizing the decoupling of the electric load and the magnetic load, so that the force density can be further improved. It has the advantages of high force density and good control characteristics. It has broad application prospects in low-speed and high thrust fields such as transportation, ship propulsion and electromagnetic launcher. Firstly, the current research and development of TFPMLM at home and abroad were described in this paper. It was classified and summarized according to the shape structure, working principle and permanent magnet placement position, based on the structural characteristics and working principle of TFPMLM. The evolution of various topological structures and improvement methods were mainly analyzed. Secondly, the performance indexes of different types of TFPMLM were quantitatively compared and analyzed, and the key common problems such as its parameters and characteristics, analysis design and optimization control were discussed and summarized. Finally, the application prospect and development trend of this kind of machine were summarized and prospected.
