Abstract:
As an important adjustable resource on the demand side, flexible load can participate in the flexible regulation of the power system and promote the consumption of new energy. Heterogeneous issues such as load power attributes, user differentiated comfort, and state sequence existing in flexible load regulation have become difficult points to be considered in regulation. In response to the above problems, this paper firstly used the PMV comfort index to comprehensively quantify user comfort, and established a flexible load multi-power level adjustment model that took PMV into account; then, based on the clustering algorithm and PMV-PPD model, it proposed to account for multi-region user differences the allocation strategy of the consumption of PMV; thirdly, the joint control strategy of single power level and multi-power level flexible load groups was carried out based on the power state queue, and the load power was dynamically adjusted as the consumption changes. Numerical example simulations show that the proposed strategy can further achieve precise consumption compared with traditional methods, significantly improve user comfort, and make the multi-power stage load run smoothly.
