单颗粒模拟研究化学链氧解耦燃烧中煤焦颗粒转化特性

Char Conversion Characteristics in Chemical Looping With Oxygen Uncoupling Via Single Particle Simulation

  • 摘要: 主要研究在典型的化学链氧解耦燃烧(chemical looping combustion with oxygen uncoupling,CLOU)气氛下水蒸气对煤焦转化特性的影响。通过单因素分析,模拟在不同温度、煤焦颗粒粒径、氧气浓度、水蒸气浓度下开展。研究结果表明,在低O2浓度(1%)下,水蒸气气化反应可明显增加煤焦转化速率;而在较高的O2浓度下(5%),水蒸气对煤焦转化速率的贡献则不明显。通过对O2浓度分布以及局部转化率等煤焦转化过程中的参数分析认为,水蒸气气化反应主要发生于颗粒内部,而氧化反应主要发生在颗粒外部。

     

    Abstract: This paper mainly focused on the effect of steam on char conversion characteristics in typical chemical looping with oxygen uncoupling (CLOU) atmosphere. The effects of particle size, O2 concentration, reaction temperature and steam concentration on char conversion rate were well studied, the char particle temperature and main species distribution were analyzed in detail. While under low O2 concentration (1%), the water gasification reaction could increase the char conversion rate; however, at a high O2 concentration (5%), the contribution of steam to the conversion rate of char was not obvious. Based on the analysis of O2 distribution and local conversion, it can be concluded that the steam gasification reaction mainly takes place inside the char particle, while oxidation reaction mainly takes place in the external layer of the particle.
