基于优化HHT算法与洛仑兹信息量度的换流变用有载分接开关机械特征提取
Mechanical Features Extraction of On-Load Tap-Changer in Converter Transformer Based on Optimized HHT Algorithm and Lorentz Information Measure

摘要: 为寻求有效的换流变用有载分接开关机械特征提取方法,提出了一种优化希尔伯特–黄(Hilbert-Huang transform,HHT)变换算法和洛仑兹信息量度相结合的方法对有载分接开关(on-load tap-changer,OLTC)切换过程中的振动信号进行分析。具体应用时,通过在原始信号中增加基于蚁群算法得到的最优掩膜信号来限制传统HHT分解过程中的带宽特性,从而在有效抑制EMD分解过程固有模态混叠现象的同时,提高了振动信号分解的准确性。进而根据振动信号的Hilbert能量谱定义了基于洛仑兹信息量度的三维曲面相似度指标来获取OLTC的机械特征。对换流变用R型OLTC样机正常与典型机械故障时切换过程中振动信号的计算结果表明,OLTC切换过程中正常与故障时的振动信号能量谱有着较大区别,所定义的三维曲面相似度指标可较好地衡量OLTC典型故障时切换过程中振动信号能量分布的差异程度。此外,触头松动时与正常工况的相似度指标低于绝缘板松动故障,说明触头松动故障对OLTC切换过程的影响更为明显。Abstract: In order to seek for the effective method to extract the mechanical features of on-load tap-changer(OLTC) of converter transformer, the combination of an optimized Hilbert-Huang Transform(HHT) algorithm and Lorentz Information Measure was presented to analyze the vibration signals during contacts switch. First, an optimized masking signal obtained by Ant Colony Optimization(ACO) was added to restrict the HHT bandwidth, which has obvious superiority in aliasing reduction and decomposition accuracy of Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD). Then the 3D surface similarity index based on Lorentz Information Measure according to the Hilbert energy spectrums of vibration signals was defined to assess the mechanical condition of OLTC. The calculated results under normal and typical fault conditions of R type OLTC model have shown that, the energy spectrums of different conditions vary significantly so that the similarity index can measure the difference degree of energy distribution. Meanwhile the index of contact looseness is higher than the insulated panel looseness which indicates the contact looseness fault has greater influence on switch-over process of OLTC.
