计及间歇性特征的电力系统区间经济调度

摘要: 针对可再生能源发电中不可预知的变动引起发电功率不均衡,使调度必须要考虑这一变动的问题,通过对不确定量变化波动不确定性和间歇不确定性两类不同属性的特征进行分析,以探寻负荷及可再生能源发电变化苛刻情景范围为线索,在被动量区间满足度约束基础上,提出被动量功率变化速度的概念和对应满足度约束新表达,建立计及间歇性的电力系统区间经济调度模型。该研究使得电力系统经济调度在应对与接纳可再生能源发电的决策中能够有效兼顾不确定性的量与度的要求,有效提高了调度解的鲁棒性。最后,结合10机系统的仿真,验证了所提模型与方法的正确性和有效性。Abstract: Unpredictable variations in the renewable energy generation give rise to power generation output unbalance, which could not be neglected in the economic dispatch issue. Aiming at this problem, by mean of analyzing two different kinds of characteristics for fluctuant uncertainty and intermittent uncertainty in uncertain variable changes, the concept of passive variable power output changing speed and relevant new constraint expression were constituted according to seeking the rigorous scene scope for the variations of load and renewable energy power generation based on the interval satisfactory degree constraint, and then the interval economic dispatching model of power system considering the intermittency was proposed. This research allowed power system economic dispatch to take into account both the demands for quantity and extent of uncertainties effectively in the decision for addressing and incorporating the renewable energy power generation, meanwhile, the robustness of the scheduling solutions was efficiently improved. At last, the correctness and effectiveness is verified by simulations on 10-unit system.
