摘要: 随着配电网中分布式能源渗透率的不断提高,配电网的运行与管理面临诸多挑战,其中电压控制问题尤为突出。主动配电网通过对可控资源的协调配合与控制,实现对配电网的主动控制与协调管理,实现间歇性能源的有效消纳。文中提出一种基于多代理系统的主动配电网分布式电压控制策略,研究利用局部的测量数据和通信,通过分布式计算实现对全局的电压控制并实现DG接入最大化的优化目标。通过对算例进行仿真,对所提出的电压控制方法的实用性和有效性进行充分验证。Abstract: The increasing proliferation of distributed energy resources on distribution systems has brought a number of network management and operational challenges; voltage variation has been identified as one of the dominant effects. Active distribution network manage the network in an active approach through coordinating and controlling local controllable resources. A novel distributed voltage control strategy was proposed employing a multiple agent system platform. By utilizing local measurements and communications, the proposed voltage control strategy can realize the overall network voltage management and distributed generation maximization simultaneously. A testing arising from the application of the voltage control strategy on a case study network was carried out at the end of the paper. The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed voltage control strategy has been demonstrated.
