考虑监视与控制功能的电网信息物理系统可靠性评估
Reliability Assessment of Cyber Physical Power System Considering Monitoring Function and Control Function

摘要: 电网信息物理系统的最主要特征是信息系统与物理系统的深度融合与相互影响。针对电网信息物理系统中信息系统主要的监视与控制两类功能,建立功能失效模型,研究每类功能对电网信息物理系统可靠性评估影响的表征方式,建立考虑控制功能作用后的断路器的设备可靠性模型。在此基础上,分析监视功能失效所导致的电网事故蔓延状况,提出考虑信息–电力作用的电网信息物理系统可靠性评估方法。最后,对测试系统进行仿真测试,分析信息系统故障发生位置对电网信息物理系统可靠性的影响,验证了所提算法的可行性、必要性与有效性。Abstract: The interdependence and fusion of cyber system and physical system is the main characteristic of cyber-physical power system(CPPS). This paper proposed function failure models for monitoring function and control function, and studied direct/indirect cyber-physical impact. Then, a method for calculating the availability of circuit breaker considering control function impact is presented. Based on analysis of power cascading failure caused by monitoring function failure, a reliability assessment method of Power CPS considering monitoring function and control function is given. Finally, the different impacts to Power CPS caused by different cyber failures are analyzed through case study, the result shows the feasibility, necessity and effectiveness of this research.
