交变磁化下电工钢片的矢量磁致伸缩特性

Vector Magnetostrictive Properties of Electrical Steel Sheet With Alternating Magnetization

  • 摘要: 随着超大容量电机和变压器铁心尺寸的增大,电工钢片磁致伸缩效应会加剧铁心的振动和噪声。为研究交变磁化下电工钢片的磁致伸缩特性,改进了传统单片电工钢片磁致伸缩特性测量装置,提出了"三轴激光"法测量电工钢片在0°90°不同磁化方向下的矢量磁致伸缩特性。研究了磁致伸缩主应变与磁化方向及磁化强度之间的关系。提出描述电工钢片磁致伸缩主应变与磁通密度之间关系的矢量模型,建立了插值曲面,并与有限元计算结合分析了一台永磁同步电动机定子铁心磁致伸缩现象。研究表明,磁致伸缩主应变方向偏离磁化方向,该文所提出的测量和仿真方法可以有效地研究电机铁心的矢量磁致伸缩效应。

     

    Abstract: With the increase of iron core size in super large-capacity machines and transformers, the magnetostriction in electrical steel sheet aggravates vibration and noise of iron core. In order to develop the magnetostriction property of electrical steel sheet under alternating magnetization conditions, a conventional magnetostriction tester for a single electrical steel sheet was improved. A "three-axial laser" method was proposed to measure vector magnetostriction property of electrical steel sheet along different magnetization directions at the angles of 0o to 90 o to rolling direction and the relationship between principal strain of magnetostriction and magnetization direction and strength was studied. A vector model describing the relationship between principal strain vector of magnetostriction and magnetic flux density vector was proposed and the two-dimensional interpolating surface was built. By combining the model and finite element computation, the magnetostriction phenomenon in the stator core of a permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed. The studies show that the principal strain direction deviates from magnetization direction, and the measurement and simulation method proposed can be effectively used to develop the vector magnetostriction effect of motor core.
