摘要: 该文针对一种适用于航空电源变换的新型混合整流电路进行了研究,并提出了一种最优功率控制方法。该电路采用脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)整流器和二极管整流器的并联结构,有效地抑制了网侧电流谐波,其中PWM整流部分能够承担部分比例可控的有功功率,使整流电路得到了更加充分的利用。提出了具有双电流闭环结构的新型功率控制方法,解决了混合整流电路中功率如何分配的问题,得到了最优分配点,使PWM整流部分承担的视在功率最小。同时研究了该电路中滤波电感和电流谐波的关系,提出的基于电流控制的功率因数补偿方法,保证了有滤波电感情况下电网侧的高功率因数。论文通过仿真验证了控制方法的正确性、不同滤波电感参数对电流谐波的影响,并通过实验验证了功率分配和能量回馈性能。Abstract: A new hybrid rectifier was presented which is applied to the aircraft supply and a novel optimal power control strategy was proposed in this new rectifier. The new hybrid rectifier structured by a diode rectifier in parallel with a pulse width modulation(PWM) rectifier can limit harmonic current effectively. Different from the active power filter, the PWM part of the hybrid rectifier can bear the active power whose proportion can be controlled properly, so the rectifier can be utmost utilized. The control strategy based on double-current loop can allocate active power by proper proportion and get optimal operating point to produce the least apparent power on the PWM part. Also, the paper researched the relationship between the front-end inductor and the current harmonics. Moreover, power factor compensation strategy based on the current control can maintain high power factor. The simulation verifies the correctness of the strategy and the experiment results show the power allocation performance.
