直流配电网功率控制策略与电压波动研究
Research on Power Flow Control and the Voltage Fluctuation Characteristics of DC Distribution Networks Based on Different Control Strategies

摘要: 给定结构的直流配电网的电压水平由负荷功率和控制策略决定,功率控制策略及其电压波动是直流配电网建设需要研究的问题之一。为得到不同控制策略下的直流配电网的电压波动特性,针对环状结构的直流配电网及其交直流电源的接口变流器,建立了直流配电网及其控制系统的动态模型,提出了基于不均衡度法评估直流配电网电压波动特性的方法;在此基础上,考虑风电机组接入和退出等因素的影响,研究了基于主从和下垂控制方式下的直流配电网的电压波动。结果表明,对环状直流配电网,主从控制的电压调节能力更强,下垂控制的电压波动的均衡性更好。研究成果可供建设直流配电网以及选择电网控制方式参考。Abstract: The operation characteristics of DC power networks are determined by the control systems and the control strategy would impact on the power distribution and voltage stability of the system significantly.The dynamic model and control system of DC power distribution network was established for researching on the voltage fluctuation problems.The index of unbalanced degree of voltage profile was put forward to evaluate the equilibrium degree of voltage fluctuation.In the operating conditions of the integration and trip-off of the wind power, the voltage fluctuation characteristics of the distribution network were simulated and analyzed based on master slave and droop control strategies. The results show that the master-slave control strategy has better voltage regulation ability, but the droop control strategy has lower loss of the system.The trade-off and optimization should be made between the two control modes according on power supply and demand.
