基于中长期时间维度的需求响应潜力及效果的系统动力学分析
Demand Response Performance and Potential System Dynamic Analysis Based on the Long and Medium Time Dimensions

摘要: 需求响应资源的潜力研究有利于其在电网运行中发挥削峰填谷、消纳新能源的作用。该文基于系统动力学,从需求响应资源的时间维度入手,考虑用户的中长期决策和综合响应行为的耦合作用,建立基于中长期时间维度的需求响应系统动力学分析模型,重点分析不同响应特性的用户在不同时间维度的项目参与行为的特点,以及激励机制在不同时间维度对需求响应水平的影响。算例表明激励机制的设计影响着用户的长期潜力、中期潜力以及最终的综合响应水平,同时用户在不同时间维度、对不同的激励信号的响应行为有着显著差异。Abstract: Study on the potential of demand response resources assists the demand response to shift peak load and consume new energy. This paper established demand response system dynamic analysis model considering the users’ long and medium term decision and general response behaviors from the perspective of different time dimensions. The model focused on the analysis on the different users’ project participation behaviors and the impact of incentive mechanism on demand response on different time scales. The case shows that incentive mechanism strongly affects the potential of demand response resources on the long and medium term and the performance of demand response. At the same time, users’ response behaviors have a significant difference at different time scales, as well as to distinction incentive signals.
