小干扰稳定调度控制策略在线计算方法

摘要: 对弱阻尼低频振荡模态,通过求解特征值对运行方式的灵敏度,在线计算提高模式阻尼的运行方式控制调整策略,实现对低频振荡的有效预防、抑制或平息。计算之初,通过模糊聚类对多机系统进行分群;利用参与因子筛选实际参调发电机,明确控制范围。采用特征值对运行方式灵敏度并行化计算,快速获取小干扰稳定量化指标(阻尼比)对控制变量(发电机出力)的梯度,用于指导发电机功率调整。调整结果充分考虑了被控发电机功率限额和实际调度操作可行性等约束条件。结合并行计算技术,实现了2万节点级互联电网5 min内的在线控制策略计算。仿真算例证明了所提方法的有效性和可行性。所提方法已应用于实际的在线安全稳定评估与预警系统。Abstract: To online prevent or suppress the low-frequency oscillation, the sensitivity of eigenvalue to operating parameter is calculated. It is applied to generate the effective control strategy that can improve the system damp. At the beginning, Fuzzy ISODATA clustering method was utilized to obtain the coherent grouping relation of the buses, and then the controlled generators were screened by participation factor. With the efficient parallel computation of eigenvalue sensitivity, the gradients of the quantitative index of power system small signal stability(damping ratio) to control variables(generator output) could be obtained and used to direct generation dispatch. The control strategy satisfied many constraints, such as power limitation and the operability for dispatch operation. To solve 20 000 nodes scale power system problem, the time cost was less than 5 minutes. The effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method were demonstrated using an actual power system of China. The online evaluation module using the proposed method was embedded in an online early warning and security assessment system for real practice.
