光伏并网逆变器的电流扰动观测控制方法研究

Research on the Control Method of Current Disturbance Observers for Photovoltaic Grid-connected Inverters

  • 摘要: 并网逆变器的输出电流质量易受到电网电压状态及逆变器系统参数的不确定性等因素的干扰。根据扰动观测器控制原理,建立电流控制的扰动观测模型,并设计电流扰动观测控制器,该方法将电网电压与直流侧电压变化设定为外部扰动变量,提高电流控制对这两种扰动的抗扰动性,同时可对输入功率变化时电路参数出现的差异性进行补偿控制,提高电流动态响应速度并减少输出电流谐波。仿真与实验结果表明,该电流控制方法可有效抑制三相电网电压不平衡或畸变状态造成的电流谐波,并改善在低输入功率状态的逆变器输出电流质量,当输入功率发生突变时,输出电流的响应速度与质量都得到明显提升,同时降低了光伏逆变器的最大功率跟踪过程时间。

     

    Abstract: The output current quality of grid-connected inverters is affected by grid voltage disturbance or uncertainty of inverter circuit parameters. According to the disturbance observer control principle, the model of current control based on disturbance observers is established to design current disturbance observing controllers in this paper. This method makes the variation of grid voltages and DC voltages as external disturbance, and improves the anti-interference ability of current control. In addition, compensation control is involved to reduce the difference of circuit parameters when real power is changed. This method can improve the dynamic response speed of current control and decrease output current harmonics of grid-connected inverters. The results of simulations and experiments show that this method obviously restrains current harmonics caused by unbalanced grid voltages or voltage distortion, and improves the output current quality in low power conditions. When the input real power of grid-connected inverters changes rapidly, both the response speed and quality of currents are improved by this method,which can indirectly reduce the time of maximum power point tracking for photovoltaic inverters.
