电力电子器件及其应用的现状和发展

Status and Development of Power Semiconductor Devices and Its Applications

  • 摘要: 电力电子是现代科学、工业和国防的重要支撑技术,功率器件是电力电子技术的核心和基础,其应用是电力电子技术发展的驱动力。该文对现代电力电子器件,特别是碳化硅(SiC)和氮化镓(GaN)功率器件及当前电力电子应用装置/系统的诸多热点问题(绿色能源应用、电动汽车、LED照明)的现状和发展前景进行简要的综述。

     

    Abstract: Power electronics(PE) is an important supporting technology for modern science,industries and national security.Power semiconductor device is its core technology.The evolution and revolution of power semiconductor devices are the fundamental driving forces behind the development of PE.In this paper,the status and development of modern power semiconductor devices,especially SiC/GaN power devices were reviewed and some important emerging power electronic application areas such as green energy,electrical vehicles,and LED lighting were discussed.
