中国未来电网的发展模式和关键技术
Development Models and Key Technologies of Future Grid in China

摘要: 化石能源枯竭和气候环境变化两大关键问题,促使全球范围内开展了一场以可再生能源和新能源发展为核心的新能源革命。在此背景下,电网将承担除了电力输送之外的更重要的使命,成为能源、电力、信息综合服务体系的支撑平台。研究了2031—2050年中国电网发展模式及影响电网发展的关键电网技术,采用一种基于关键问题表征指标的宏观预测方法,分近中期(2011—2030年)、中长期(2031—2050年)两个阶段给出了中国电网的发展趋势预测,并凝练了10项影响电网发展的关键技术,梳理了其中的基础科学问题和前沿技术。Abstract: Due to energy depletion and climate change,a new energy revolution is happening,which mainly focuses on the development of renewable energy and new types of energy.Under this basic environment of energy development,the power grid undertakes the new mission to be a comprehensive service platform of energy,electricity and information excepting the traditional task of electricity transmission.The visions of power grid pattern of China in 2050 and suitable key electrical technologies affecting the visions of grid are described in this paper.A macro prediction method based on key performance indices of key issues is proposed and used to forecast the two stages of China’s power grid pattern in mid-term(2011-2030) and long-term(2031-2050) development.Then 10 key technologies are proposed and basic scientific problems and cutting-edge technologies among them are sorted out.
