计及疲劳载荷基于极值搜索控制的风电系统最佳出力追踪

Optimal Power Output Tracking of Wind Power Generation System Based on Extremum Seeking Control Considering Mechanical Fatigue

  • 摘要: 针对变速恒频风电机组在额定风速以下运行时,快速稳定地进行最大风能出力追踪问题,提出了计及机械转矩变化约束并基于滑模极值搜索控制的风电系统最佳出力追踪控制新策略。采用命题的方式,证明了该控制策略的稳定性。基于控制系统稳定性条件,提出该控制系统的参数自适应调整方法,使得控制系统具有较好的控制品质的同时,避免了人为调整参数以获得较好控制品质的繁琐。进而分析并推导出只需在滑模极值搜索控制系统中添加转子转速参考值?ref速率限幅环节即可计及机械转矩变化约束;在此基础上,提出了基于自适应调整策略的?ref速率限幅值的确定方法;从而使得风电系统出力在追踪最佳出力曲线时,风电系统转子的机械转矩实现平稳变化而没有震荡,相应地降低了机械疲劳程度,从而在一定程度上延长了机组的使用寿命。算例证明了文中方法的有效性。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at promptness and stability tracking of maximum wind power while variable speed constant frequency wind power generation system running under rated wind speed, with considering constraint of mechanical torque variation, a novel control strategy based on sliding mode based extremum seeking control(SM-ESC) system for optimally tracking of maximum wind power was proposed and its stability was proved through proposition. To achieve higher control quality, an adaptive adjustment method was further presented on the basic of stabilizing conditions of SM-ESC system, avoiding complicated manually parameter adjustment. The constraint of mechanical torque variation can be taken into account through deduction and analyzing process by just adding a rotor speed reference ?ref limited link in SM-ESC system and with the adaptive adjustment method to determine the corresponding limit; thus makes smooth variation of mechanical torque without swings when tracking the optimum output curve, partly reducing the mechanical fatigue extent and prolonging service life of generation system. Simulation results show the effectiveness and validity of the control strategy and adjustment method proposed.
