利用红外图像处理的石油焦粉富氧燃烧器冷态流场实验研究

Research on the Cold Flow Field of Petroleum Coke Powder Oxygen-enriched Burner by Infrared Image Processing

  • 摘要: 利用低温标记示踪和红外测温成像的方法对一种适用于石油焦粉工业锅炉的富氧燃烧器进行了冷态流场特性的研究。通过对红外图像的处理,分析射流温度场的分布情况,揭示了燃烧器的流场混合特性。实验结果表明,该燃烧器具有良好的空气动力场,一次风径向温度速度梯度较大,主流轴向温度速度梯度小,纯氧射流刚性强且与一次风混合距离合理;燃烧器高速一次风射流的流场混合效果受扩口和中心管钝体影响显著,轴线温度、射流扩展角和射程、中心回流区均呈现一定变化规律。

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of cold flow field of an oxygen-enriched burner was studied that was applicable to petroleum coke powder industrial boiler. Low temperature tracer method and Infrared imaging temperature measurement were applied. Through the infrared imaging processing and jet temperature field analyzing, this paper revealed the mixing characteristics of flow field outside the burner. Experimental results indicate that, the burner has good aerodynamic field, the primary air has a bigger radial, whereas smaller axial temperature-speed gradient, and pure oxygen jet has a strong rigidity and it keeps a reasonable mixing distance from the primary air. The mixing effect of primary air’s flow field in the high-speed air jet burner is obviously influenced by the blunt body flaring and center pipe. Meanwhile, axis temperature, jet expansion angle, range, and center reflux area of the primary air all also present certain changing rules separately.
