电磁搅拌用两相正交逆变电源的控制方法研究

摘要: 为了提高钢铁连铸冶炼的品质以及电源自身的性能,研究一种前级脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)整流、后级三桥臂逆变的电磁搅拌用两相正交逆变电源的拓扑结构。根据电源装置的前后级能量平衡数学模型,分析推导直流侧电压二次纹波。然后,提出一种PWM整流器的综合控制方法,有效提高PWM整流器的工作性能,并抑制直流侧电压二次纹波引起的谐波电流。针对后级三桥臂两相正交逆变器,通过分析其数学模型,提出一种输出电流的前馈+反馈复合跟踪控制方法,能有效结合前馈控制的快速跟踪性能和反馈控制的闭环跟踪性能,提高装置的动态跟踪性能,以满足电磁搅拌器频繁正反转交替的要求。最后,通过仿真和实验验证了所提控制方法的正确性。Abstract: In order to improve the quality of steel casting and power quality of power supply, in this paper, an electromagnetic stirring(ES) two-phase orthogonal power supply(ESTOPS) which is composed of PWM rectifier and three-leg inverter was researched. According to the energy balance model of ESTOPS, the 2nd ripple of dc-link voltage was derived. Then an integrated control method was proposed for PWM rectifier, which can improve performance of PWM rectifier and suppress harmonics caused by the 2nd ripple. As for two-phase orthogonal three-leg inverter, a composite control method was proposed for current control by analyzing the mathematical model of ES, which can effectively combine fast tracking performance of feedforward control with closed-loop tracking performance of feedback control. So it can effectively improve the dynamic tracking performance of ESTOPS to meet the requirements of frequent positive- negative alternate rotation of ES. Finally, simulation and experiment results have verified the correctness of control method.
