吸附剂对局部放电下SF6分解特征组分的吸附研究

摘要: 为了保障SF6绝缘气体的纯度,需要在SF6气体绝缘设备气室中配置一定量的吸附剂,一方面用于控制气室内的水分含量,另一方面用于吸附因各种原因产生的杂质气体。因而,吸附剂的存在会对局部放电下使SF6发生分解而产生的特征组分进行吸附,使得特征组分含量和变化规律发生改变。在利用特征组分诊断气体绝缘设备内部故障时,必须考虑这一重要影响因素。为此,该文在搭建的SF6气体局部放电分解试验平台上,利用针–板电极产生局部放电(partial discharge,PD)使SF6发生分解,采用气质联用仪定量测定放电室内特征组分的变化,获取不同吸附剂用量梯度下吸附特征组分的规律与特性。研究表明,无论有无放置吸附剂,在气室内都能检测到SOF4、SO2F2、SOF2和SO2等主要稳定特征组分,且随着吸附剂用量的增加,对特征组分的吸附率各不相同。Abstract: In order to keep the purity of SF6 gas, absorbent is used in SF6 electrical equipment. It controls moisture as well as adsorbs SF6 decomposition products. So the existence of absorbent influences SF6 decomposition components greatly. When considering the gas-insulated equipment diagnosing method using decomposition products as characteristic quantities, we must take the effect of absorbent into account. Therefore, experiments were conducted based on the partial discharge(PD) testing apparatus. In experiments partial discharge was generated using a needle-plane electrode in pure SF6 gas, and SF6 decomposition products were tested by gas chromatography mass spectrometer. The results show that SOF4, SO2 F2, SOF2 and SO2 are produced, whether absorbent exists or not. Each adsorption rate of components is not identical as adsorbent consumption increases.
