PWM电源激励下取向硅钢片磁特性测量与动态磁滞模拟方法

Measurements and Dynamic Hysteresis Modeling Method for Grain-oriented Silicon Steel Sheets Under PWM Power Supply

  • 摘要: 提出一种脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)电源激励下取向硅钢片磁特性测量方法。利用单片测量器,采用基波磁通密度与谐波磁通密度同时控制的方法,得到PWM励磁的硅钢磁特性。提出一种动态磁滞模型,该模型考虑逆变器输出的高次谐波、脉冲电压引起的局部磁滞回环、磁化历史和高次谐波引起的涡流等因素对硅钢片磁特性的影响。利用实验测量的B-H曲线确定模型中的矫顽力、磁阻系数和动态参数,使模型能够准确预测动态磁滞回线。通过计算与实验结果对比,证明该计算模型能够准确地模拟PWM电源激励下硅钢片的复杂磁特性并计算比损耗。

     

    Abstract: A measurement method for magnetic properties of grain-oriented(GO) silicon steel sheets powered by pulse width modulation(PWM) power supply is proposed.singlesheet tester(SST) is used to measure the magnetic properties of silicon steel sheets under PWM power supply by controlling magnetic flux density of the fundamental and the harmonic waves at the same time.A dynamic hysteresis model taking account of the eddy current in the silicon steel sheets is presented.The effects of high order harmonics,the local minor loop induced by the pulse voltage,magnetization history and the eddy current induced by high order harmonic are considered.The coercive force,reluctivity coefficients and dynamic parameters are obtained from experimental B-H curves which can predict the dynamic hysteresis accurately.The proposed calculating method can model the complex magnetic character of silicon steel sheets under PWM power supply,and calculate the specific loss accurately by comparing calculation and experiment results.
