兆瓦级脉冲供电用间歇整流装置技术研究(一):新型晶闸管触发策略设计

Research on Megawatt Intermittent Rectifiers for Pulsed-power Supply Part I:A Novel SCR Gating Strategy

  • 摘要: 脉冲间歇整流装置负载功率变化迅速、交流供电频率变化范围大、交流电压/电流畸变严重,对其晶闸管触发策略的研究鲜见报道。以输出侧为直流电容的兆瓦级脉冲间歇整流装置为研究对象,提出并实现一种适用于此种应用的新型晶闸管触发策略。所提出的触发策略根据晶闸管阳极—阴极端电压的变化来实时调整晶闸管的触发脉冲,较好地克服了现有触发策略在脉冲间歇整流应用中的不足。策略结构简单、可靠,实用性强。设计中同时集成一种实时的晶闸管触发状态诊断机制,完了触发策略的执行构架。试验结果表明:在提出的触发策略下,装置运行正常,在负载突变的情况下,所提出的触发策略仍表现出色;脉冲运行中,触发状态实时诊断结果与理论分析一致,可为控制提供实时可靠的信息。

     

    Abstract: When the pulse intermittent rectifier works,the load changes rapidly,the input frequency varies substantially and the input voltage/current distorts severely.The SCR(Silicon Controlled Rectifier) gating strategy for this application is rarely addressed in published works.This paper focuses on megawatt intermittent rectifiers with the heavy capacitive load,and proposes and realizes a novel SCR gating strategy.The proposed gating strategy will adjust real-time gating pulses according to the changes of anode-kathode voltages of SCR and overcomes the existing shortcomings of present SCR gating strategies very well.The strategy is compact,credible and practical.To perfect the system structure,a real-time gating diagnosis method is also integrated with the strategy.In real operation,the strategy works perfectly and performs well even under sudden load variation;the gating diagnosis method coincides with the theoretical one,and it can provide credible information for system control.
