电力有源滤波器故障诊断与容错控制研究

Research on Fault Diagnosis and Fault Tolerant Control of Active Power Filters

  • 摘要: 针对电力有源滤波器(active power filter,APF)中IGBT容易损坏的特点,提出一种低成本的基于硬件电路的开路故障诊断与容错控制方案。开路故障诊断与容错控制硬件电路快速诊断并识别故障源,产生容错控制信号,控制继电器并驱动交流接触器切除故障相,将原故障相输出端切换到直流侧电容中点,将APF改变成容错型三相四开关拓扑结构,同时控制器控制算法切换到相应故障相的三相四开关电压空间矢量算法。推导各种开路故障时容错型三相四开关空间矢量的特点,为控制器切换控制算法提供依据。实验结果表明,该硬件开路故障诊断与容错控制方案具有一定的工程参考价值。

     

    Abstract: For the sake of easily damaged characteristic of active power filter(APF),proposed a low-cost,open-circuit fault diagnosis and fault tolerant control program based on hardware circuit.Open circuit fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control hardware circuit rapidly diagnose and identify the source of the fault,generate a fault-tolerant control signal,control relay and drive AC contactor to remove the fault,switch failure phase to the midpoint of DC side capacitor,change the APF to three-phase four-switch topology.Controller would switch control algorithm according to the diagnostic circuit signal.Analyzed the characteristics of space vector of every kind of open-circuit fault,provided a basis of how to switch control algorithm for the controller.The experimental results showed that the hardware open circuit fault diagnosis and fault-tolerant control scheme achieved the expected control effect.
