双凸极发电机增磁式发电方式的特性分析

摘要: 电枢反应和换相重叠是造成电励磁双凸极发电机外特性软的主要因素。借助有限元仿真软件,比较分析了仅一相整流输出、三相独立整流输出以及常规开关磁阻发电方式(switched reluctance generation,SRG)输出的磁链、电流等波形,并得到了相应的外特性曲线。对原理样机进行实验,验证了仿真分析的准确性。分析结果表明,SRG发电方式的增磁特性有助于减小双凸极发电机的励磁功率;同时,双凸极电机较小的互感值使得各相互感引起的去磁作用可忽略;换相重叠是SRG发电方式外特性变软的重要因素,减小换相重叠角对双凸极发电系统的影响是有效的优化思路。Abstract: The armature reaction and commutation overlap are two major factors which influence the external characteristics of the electromagnetic doubly salient brushless DC generator.In this paper,the effect of armature reaction and commutation overlap on electromagnetic doubly salient brushless DC generator’s external characteristic were discussed.Using the finite element analysis(FEA),series waveforms of the half-wave rectifier with single-phase,the three-phase independent half-wave rectifier and the switched reluctance generation mode were analyzed and compared.Experiments on the prototype verify the correctness of the analysis.Analysis results show that,the increasing magnetic properties of the switched reluctance generation mode helps to decrease the excitation power.The demagnetization effect caused by the mutual inductance can be ignored because the mutual inductance vales is very small.The commutation overlap is the important factor which causes the switched reluctance generation mode’s external characteristic softened,and to reduce the effect of commutation overlap on the doubly salient power generation system should be one effective optimization approach.
