一种基于图解的LCL滤波器设计和优化方法
A Design and Optimization Method of LCL Filters Based on the Graphic-analysis

摘要: 相对L型滤波器,LCL型滤波器对高频谐波电流具有更好的衰减特性,更适合应用于大功率场合。但针对LCL型滤波器的参数设计也更复杂,不仅需要考虑滤波器对高频谐波电流的抑制效果,还需要考虑对控制器性能的影响。从LCL滤波器的数学模型入手,综合考虑滤波器的各个参数的限制条件,通过理论推导,直观地将滤波器各个参数对系统的影响用曲线表示在同一个平面中。通过图解分析,得到一种LCL滤波器的参数设计和优化的方法。最后给出一个单相并联型有源电力滤波器LCL滤波器的设计实例,并通过仿真和实验验证了设计方法的正确性和有效性。Abstract: Compared with the L filter,the LCL filter is more suitable to the high-power application for the better attenuation characteristics in high frequency harmonic electric current.However,the parameters design for LCL filter is more complex since both the inhibit effect of high frequency harmonic electric current and the influence of controller’s performance should be considered.In this paper,the mathematic model of LCL filter and the limiting conditions for all the parameters of filter are firstly studied.Then the impact of all parameters of LCL filter on system is intuitively drawn on the same plane using curves by theoretical derivation.Finally,a parameter design and optimization method for LCL filter is proposed based on the graphic analysis.An example of LCL filter design on single-phase shunt active power filter(SAPF) is presented;meanwhile the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method are proved by simulations and experiments at the end of paper.
