水质对板式换热器结垢的影响权重及其机制分析

Influences of Water Quality’s Effect Weights and Mechanisms on Fouling of Plate Heat Exchangers

  • 摘要: 该文动态监测了板式换热器的松花江冷却水污垢热阻,测量了6种水质参数(溶解氧、电导率、浊度、氯离子、碱度、钙离子)在8个不同时刻的数值,并将各水质参数与对应时刻的污垢热阻进行了灰色关联分析。分析结果显示:碱度对板式换热器的污垢热阻影响最显著,而溶解氧的影响权重最小。通过分析水质参数的变化发现:水质参数与污垢的形成过程密切相关,在结垢初始阶段水质影响较大,而后影响渐弱、渐缓。而且各水质参数之间互相影响,所形成的污垢为由析晶污垢、颗粒污垢、生物污垢、腐蚀污垢等共同组成的混合污垢,但主要以析晶和颗粒污垢为主。因碱度、钙离子含量较高导致主流溶液中碳酸钙等物质的饱和度较高,且流速较低,故对流传质在结垢过程中起主要作用。

     

    Abstract: Fouling resistances of Songhua River cooling water in a plate heat exchanger were dynamically monitored and six kinds of water quality parameters of Songhua River at eight different times including dissolved oxygen,electrical conductivity,turbidity,Cl,alkalinity and Ca2 were tested,as well as the grey relational analysis was applied on the water quality parameters and corresponding fouling resistances.The water quality parameter analysis reveals that alkalinity has the greatest impact on the fouling resistance of the plate heat exchanger,and dissolved oxygen has the least influence.By analyzing the variation of water quality,it is found that the water quality parameters are closeted with the fouling.In the initial stage of fouling,the water quality parameters have significant effect on deposition,and it is decreasing latterly.Moreover,because of the interaction of different water quality parameter,the type of fouling is composite fouling including crystallization,particle,microbiology and corrosion fouling.But the crystallization and particle are dominant.Besides,it is the convective mass transfer that plays a great role in the fouling process due to high saturation in the bulk solution such as high alkalinity and calcium ion concentration as well as low flow velocity.
