Abstract:
Using the Songhua River water as the cooling water,the characteristics of heat transfer and the fouling of the discrete double inclined ribs tube and the plain tube were studied by the method of comparative experiments,the flow field and wall shear stress in the discrete double inclined ribs tube were numerically simulated and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of flow velocity,the discrete double inclined ribs tube Nusselt trend of growth begin slowing down.Discrete double-inclined ribs tube have fouling induction period in the three flow rates,the higher flow rate,the induction period will be longer,double inclined ribs could extend the fouling time.When the flow rate increases to 0.5 m/s,improving velocity has not obvious effect on the asymptotic value of fouling resistance,and it is related to the heat transfer characteristics of the discrete double inclined ribs tube.The discrete double inclined ribs tube has better heat transfer performance and anti-fouling ability than that of plain tube,the periodic change of flow field and wall shear stress in the discrete double inclined ribs tube may be the primary reason.
