污泥焦浆的表面特性及对成浆特性的影响

Surface Properties of Sludge-petroleum Coke-Slurry and Its Effect on Slurryability

  • 摘要: 采用阴离子表面活性剂亚甲基萘磺酸钠–苯乙烯磺酸钠–马来酸钠作为分散剂,分别对城市污泥改性前后与石油焦的共成浆特性进行了实验研究,考察了污泥焦浆表面特性与成浆特性的内在关系。结果表明:随着污泥添加比例的增加,浆体表面张力变大,成浆浓度降低,同时浆体Zeta电位呈负向上升趋势,颗粒表面荷电量增大,浆体稳定性提高;污泥的加入使水焦浆由胀流性流体转变为假塑性流体,且污泥添加比例越大,假塑性特征越强;使用NaOH或CaO将污泥改性后,浆体表面张力和Zeta电位均有所降低,成浆浓度提高,稳定性下降,假塑性特征变弱,且CaO的改性效果较NaOH明显;浆体的假塑性与成浆性负相关,与稳定性正相关。

     

    Abstract: The experimental study of the slurryability of municipal sludge and petroleum coke was done with the anion surface active agent methylene naphthalene sulfonate-sodium styrene sulfonate-cacodylic acid sodium salt as dispersant,investigating the internal relationship of surface properties of sludge-petroleum coke-slurry and the slurryability.The results show that surface tension of the slurry increases and the slurryability decreases with sludge add ratio increasing.At the same time,zeta potential absolute value and particle surface charge increase and the stability enhances with sludge add ratio increasing.The petroleum coke water slurry becomes pseudoplastic fluid from dilatant fluid by adding sludge,and the pseudoplastic characteristics increase with sludge add ratio increasing.When the sludge is modified with NaOH or CaO,the surface tension and zeta potential absolute value decrease slightly,and the slurryability enhances,and the stability decreases,and the pseudoplastic characteristics weaken.The modification effect of CaO is much more obvious than that of NaOH.The pseudoplasticity of slurry is negatively associated with the slurryability and is positively associated with the stability.
