Analyses of Fluid Field Inside a 1.5 MW Doubly-fed Wind Generator

  • 摘要: 为了阐明双馈风力发电机内部流体流动特性,以一台1.5 MW双馈风力发电机为研究对象。根据电机结构及冷却方式,在基本假设的基础上,建立了发电机多维流体与固体耦合直接求解电机温度场的求解模型。通过边界条件的施加,采用有限体积元法对其进行了数值求解,并将温度计算结果与实验结果进行对比分析,验证了求解方法及求解模型的正确性。最后,对发电机定、转子域内冷却介质(水和空气)的速度、温升及运动迹线等流变特性进行分析,揭示了大型双馈风力发电机内部冷却介质性能变化规律。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the fluid flow characteristics inside double-fed wind generator,a 1.5 MW double-fed wind generator was taken as an example.According to the structure and cooling type of generators,a multi-dimensional model of fluid-solid coupled for solving the temperature field was established based on fundamental assumptions.By adding boundary conditions,the temperature and fluid fields were analyzed numerically using the finite volume method.And the calculated results were compared with test data,which proved the correctness of the computing method and the solving model.At last the characters of cooling medium(water and air) inner the stator and rotor,such as flow velocity,temperature rise and path lines,were analyzed,which reveals the changing regularity on the performance of cooling medium for large doubly-fed wind generators.
