一种新颖的ZVS全桥变换器寄生振荡抑制方法

A New Parasitic Oscillation Reduction Method for ZVS Full Bridge Converters

  • 摘要: 在对整流二极管寄生振荡产生机理深入解析的基础上,提出基于超前换流的电压振荡抑制新对策,进而推出一种原边加换流电容和LC辅助电路的新型零电压开关(zerovoltage switching,ZVS)脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)移相全桥变换器,很好地抑制了副边整流二极管的寄生振荡,没有占空比的丢失,实现宽负载范围开关管的零电压开关。阐述该变换器的工作原理,给出关键参数的设计原则,并通过一台650W/28V、开关频率为100kHz的原理样机验证该变换器的优点。

     

    Abstract: A novel zero voltage switching(ZVS) phase-shift full-bridge converter with commutation capacitor and LC auxiliary circuit was proposed.This converter contains the advantages of small rectifier voltage oscillation and no duty cycle loss,and realizes ZVS for all primary switches over a wide load range.Mechanism of the rectifier voltage oscillation was discussed in detail.The operation principle of the circuit was demonstrated,and the design method of key parameters was given.Finally,the experimental results from a 650W/28V,100 kHz prototypes were presented to confirm the operation,validity,and features of the proposed converter.
