Structure and Voltage Regulation Analysis of a Parallel Hybrid Excitation Synchronous Generator Based on Double-pole Induction

  • 摘要: 针对永磁同步发电机因气隙磁场调节困难所导致的输出电压难以保持恒定的问题,提出将倍极感应原理应用于传统表贴式永磁发电机框架中,形成并联式混合励磁无刷同步发电机的拓扑结构。在结构分析的基础上,建立等效磁路模型,进而推导出调压的计算公式;使用二维有限元法,进一步研究电机的磁场分布和结构参数对电机运行性能的影响规律;在此基础上,研制样机并进行空载和负载实验。实验结果验证了该文所提出的混合励磁电机结构的合理性。

     

    Abstract: Due to the difficulty of adjusting the air gap magnetic field, it is hard to keep output voltage constant in the operation of permanent magnet synchronous generators. This paper proposed a hybrid excitation brushless synchronous generator in which double-pole induction was applied to produce field excitation in conventional surface mounted permanent magnet generator frame. On the basis of structure analysis, the equivalent magnetic circuit model was established, and the calculation formula of voltage regulation was derived. Magnetic field distribution and the influence of structural parameters on the operation performance of the motor were further studied by using the two-dimensional finite element method. Then the prototype was developed and the no-load and load experiments were carried out. The experimental results verify the rationality of the proposed hybrid excitation motor structure.
