生物质锅炉二级过热器结渣恶化机制分析

Mechanism of Deterioration of the Deposits on Secondary Super-heater in Biomass-fired Boiler

  • 摘要: 中国北方某地区新建的几座生物质电厂,平均运行20~30天,二级过热器表面结渣恶化,必须停炉清渣。该文对该地区最具代表性的一燃用棉花杆的生物质锅炉的二级过热器渣体成分进行了详细分析,并对其恶化的原因进行讨论,得出燃料中极高的K、Na含量是造成该地区生物质锅炉二级过热器结渣恶化最主要原因,高Ca低Si、Al、S也是造成结渣恶化的重要方面。提出可以向燃料中添加高岭土(主要成分Al2O3?2SiO2?2H2O)或掺烧高铝煤等方法来缓解结渣恶化。

     

    Abstract: Several biomass-fired boilers in the some region of northern China have to be shut down within average 20 30 days for the serious problem of deposition on the secondary super-heaters.In this paper,the main components of deposit samples were analyzed,which were collected on the secondary super-heaters in one of the boilers of this region,and the formation process of deposits was discussed.It showed that the high content of K,Na play the key role on the deterioration of deposition on the secondary super-heaters,while high-Ca and low Si,Al,S are also an important cause for it.Adding kaolin(the main component is Al2O3×2SiO2×2H2O) to the fuel,or co-firing with coal which has high aluminum can ease the worse deposition problem.
