高温时效对P92钢焊接接头显微组织和力学性能的影响

Effect of Thermal Aging on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of P92 Steel Weld Joints

  • 摘要: 通过光学金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜及力学性能试验,研究了高温时效对P92钢焊接接头显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:650℃时效7 000 h后,P92钢焊接接头的室温抗拉强度有小幅下降;P92钢焊缝的时效脆化主要发生在时效初期(1 000 h以内),时效1 000 h后冲击功趋于平稳,基本保持在25 J左右。组织分析认为,P92钢焊接接头时效过程中强度的保持,主要和马氏体基体的稳定存在、M23C6和MX相的缓慢长大有关;焊缝冲击功下降主要是由于粗大的Laves相沿焊缝原柱状晶晶界及马氏体板条束界析出相造成的。

     

    Abstract: Effect of long term thermal aging on microstructure and mechanical properties of P92 steel weld joints were studied by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and mechanical properties test.Results showed that the tensile strength of P92 weld joints decrease slowly even the aging time reached 7 000 h at 650 ℃.At initial aging stage(before 1 000 h) impact toughness of P92 weld metal decrease obviously,which keep at about 25J after aging for 1 000 h.The steady martensite matrix and the slow growth of M23C6 and MX should be responsible for the tensile strength maintenance of P92 weld joints.Aging embrittlement of weld metal results from coarse Laves phase precipitated along the prior austenite grain boundaries and martensite packets.
