基于电网生存性评估的关键线路识别方法
An Approach for Critical Lines Identification Based on the Survivability of Power Grid

摘要: 有效识别电网关键线路,对于有针对性地加强网架结构建设、改进保护控制策略、提高电网供电可靠性具有重要的指导作用。基于系统生存性评估理论,提出了一种新的关键线路识别方法。该方法定义了骨干网架的概念,以描述维持系统生存性所必需的关键元件和网络结构;进而给出了骨干网架搜索的数学模型及相应求解方法。在此基础上,根据层次分析理论建立了相应的层次结构模型及相对重要度判断矩阵,解决了骨干网架中关键线路的相对重要度排序问题。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效解决关键线路的识别问题,并具有很高的计算效率。Abstract: The identification of critical lines is of great importance for strengthening the topology of critical lines,adaptively adjusting the corresponding protection strategies and thus improving the reliability of power grids.Based on survivability assessment theory,a novel method is proposed to solve the problem of critical line identification.The concept of backbone-grid is defined to describe the key components that are essential to the survival of system.The mathematical model and the solution method for searching backbone-grid are given.Furthermore,according to the theory of analytical hierarchy process,the hierarchy structure model and its judgment matrixes are set up for ranking the critical lines in backbone-grids.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively identify the critical lines with high computational efficiency.
