带辅助网络的倍流整流方式全桥ZVS变换器

Current Double Rectifier Zero Voltage Switching Full Bridge Converter With Auxiliary Network

  • 摘要: 提出一种新型的倍流整流(current double rectifier,CDR)方式全桥零电压开关(full bridge zero-voltage-switching,FBZVS)变换器,其在传统的CDR FBZVS变换器的原边加入了以耦合电感和电容组成的辅助网络。保留了传统CDR变换器无占空比丢失、输出整流二极管不存在电压尖峰的优点,可实现全负载范围下所有开关管的软开关,同时降低了对输出滤波电感的脉动电流要求,提高了变换器的综合性能。深入分析该变换器在连续电流模式(continuous current mode,CCM)和断续电流模式(discontinuous current mode,DCM)两种模式下的工作原理,讨论其参数设计原则,并完成了一台1.4kW(28V/50A)、开关频率为100kHz的原理样机,实验结果验证了该变换器的优点。

     

    Abstract: A novel current double rectifier (CDR) full bridge converter was proposed.It retains the advantages of no duty cycle loss and no secondary voltage spike,and realizes zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) for all the switches throughout the entire load range with the use of auxiliary network in the primary side.The current ripple of output filter can also be reduced.The operation principle of the converter under continuous current mode (CCM) and discontinuous current mode (DCM) were discussed in detail.The key parameters (coupled inductor,auxiliary capacitor,filter inductor) design method was given.A prototype rated 1.4 kW (28 V/50 A),100 kHz based on the presented topology was built.The performance of the presented topology was verified by the experimental results.
