Detent Force Analysis and Experiment for Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor

  • 摘要: 定位力是推力波动的主要组成部分,也是评价永磁直线同步电机性能的重要标志。在建立考虑端部效应的磁路分析模型基础上,采用能量法理论计算定位力,分析了影响定位力波动的关键因素,得出合适的槽型和改变边齿形状可以有效减小定位力。通过有限元仿真和实验,证明了理论计算和结论的正确性。

     

    Abstract: Detent force,as one of the principal elements of thrust ripple,is also a primary factor to evaluate the performance of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM). On the basis of the magnetic circuit analytic model,detent force has been calculated by energy law theory and the key factors influencing thrust ripple have also been analyzed. Consequently effective measures to diminish the detent force have been achieved either by setting an appropriate shape of slots or by changing the shapes of the outlet edges. It has been testified by finite element simulation and relevant experiments to be correct in theoretical calculation and conclusion.
