一种轮式直线型超声电机

A Wheel Type Linear Ultrasonic Motor

  • 摘要: 利用非统一截面梁在正交方向上的2个6阶弯曲振动模态作为工作模态,设计了一种新型直线超声电机,对其驱动机理进行详细的分析,推导出定子表面质点的运动轨迹。同时,对定子的夹持和预压力施加方案进行了设计。设计加工的电机定子直径为20mm,长109mm,重230g。在驱动电压峰峰值为300V,驱动频率为32kHz时,电机最高速度达到433mm/s,最大推力为18N,推重比达到了7.9:1。

     

    Abstract: A novel linear ultrasonic motor operating under two sixth-order bending modes which were orthogonal in space was designed. Its drive principle as well as the trajectory of particle on stator surface was analyzed. Besides,the fixation of the stator and way of applying the preload were fabricated. The stator manufactured has a length of 108 mm,a diameter of 20 mm and weight of 230 g. In the case of the driving signal of 300 V (peak to peak) and 32 kHz,the motor can reach a maximum speed of 433 mm/s,a maximum thrust of 18 N and the ratio of thrust to weight 7.9:1.
