Abstract:
Model predictive control (MPC) has been proposed as early as the 1980s, but due to the hardware limitations of the controller at that time, it failed to attract attention. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of microprocessor performance, model predictive control has gradually attracted the attention of scholars. Because of the advantages of rolling optimization and feedback correction, MPC has become a research hotspot in the field of power electronics, and has been continuously developed in practical application. This paper reviews the development of model predictive control, summarizes the research results in recent years on weight coefficient design, speed sensorless control, overmodulation and weak magnetic control technology, improving robustness and the strategy of graph boundary restriction in recent years, analyzes the characteristics of various methods, and looks forward to the future research direction of model predictive control.
