16台超超临界机组在线化学仪表运行现状调查和分析

Investigation and Research on the Operation Status of on line Chemical Instruments for 16 Ultra Supercritical Units

  • 摘要: 近几年,超超临界机组已成为我国电力工业新增装机的主力机组,随着超超临界机组材料等级的提高,热力设备对水汽品质的要求也更为严格,必须依靠在线化学仪表对其进行连续准确监测。为掌握超超临界机组在线化学仪表运行现状,依据国家及行业相关标准,通过对某电力公司下属8家发电企业16台超超临界机组在线化学仪表运行现状进行普查,从维护方式及人员资质、校验标准规范及校验标准器具、维护制度规范3方面掌握了维护管理现状;从仪表配备率、投入率、准确率3方面掌握了测量准确性现状。针对普查中发现的问题进行深入分析及讨论,提出在线化学仪表运行建议,为超超临界机组在线化学仪表运行维护及化学监督管理水平提升提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In recent years, ultra supercritical units have become the main units in China's electric power industry. With the improvement of material grade of ultra supercritical units, stricter quality of water and steam which needs to be monitored continuously and accurately by on line chemical instruments is required for thermal equipment. In order to master the operation status of on line chemical instruments for ultra supercritical units, according to the relevant national and industrial standards, this paper conducted a investigation on the operation status of 16 ultra supercritical units in 8 power generation enterprises of a electric power company, and grasped the maintenance management status from three aspects: maintenance mode and personnel qualification, calibration standards and instruments, and maintenance system regulations; The present situation of measurement accuracy is mastered from three aspects of instrument equipment rate, operation rate and accuracy rate. Based on the analysis and discussion of the problems found in the investigation, the suggestions for the operation and maintenance of on line chemical instruments of ultra supercritical units and the improvement of chemical supervision and management level are provided.
