Key Technologies for Protection and Control of Novel Urban Power Grids

  • 摘要: 大量分布式电源、电气化交通、储能设备的不断接入,以及城市电网电力电子化的不断推进,城市电网逐渐呈现出新的复杂形态,传统的保护与控制方法已经难以适应不断出现的新问题。近年来,研究人员围绕新形态下城市电网的保护与控制技术,提出了系列新方法、新技术,以应对城市电网新形态所带来的新问题。据此,通过分析新形态城市电网的运行与故障特征,重点剖析新形态城市电网在状态监测、故障特性、保护方法、故障定位、恢复控制及优化控制所面临的关键挑战。而后,以应对新形态城市电网保护与控制关键挑战为目标,重点论述新形态城市电网保护与控制关键技术。最后,对新形态城市电网在透明化、保护与控制协同以及新型网架组网技术领域的研究进行总结与展望。

     

    Abstract: Traditional protection and control methods are difficult to adapt to the novel and complex forms of urban power grids, because of large-scale distributed generation, electrified transportation, energy storage and power electronic equipment. Recently, researchers have proposed new methods and technologies to adapt to the problems caused by the novel forms. Accordingly, by analyzing the operation and fault characteristics of novel urban power grids, this paper discussed the key challenges including condition monitoring, fault characteristics, protection methods, fault location, recovery control, and optimization control. Therefore, the key technologies were elaborated of novel urban power grids to solve the problems in the key challenges. Finally, in view of transparent urban power grids, the coordination of protection and control and new grid networking technologies, the ideas of protection and control were recommended.
