Abstract:
To solve the problem of a centralized facility to detect the global state information of the consensus-based algorithm, which makes the algorithm is not totally distributed. This paper proposed a novel consensus-based approach to achieve fully distributed coordinative optimal dispatch and control. The method combines the consensus protocol with the frequency regulation control so that the value of active power imbalance can be replaced by the value of frequency deviation measured by the distributed unit, meeting the global power balance constraints through active frequency regulation control. In order to better adapt to the "source-load" two-way uncertainty scenario of active distribution network, the "source-load" coordinate frequency regulation strategy was embedded in the proposed consensus-based dispatch control scheme, and the adaptive global balance correction coefficient of the "source-load" cooperative consensus-based dispatch control scheme was proposed, to achieve the best integrated benefit of "source-load". Simulation results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
