加氢异构非环烷基变压器油的最新进展与展望

Recent Progress and Prospect of Hydroisomerized Non-naphthenic Transformer Oil

  • 摘要: 随着电网的快速发展,传统环烷基变压器油逐渐不能满足国内变压器油市场需求。同时,随着非环烷基变压器油的加氢异构技术的逐步提升并广泛应用,加氢异构非环烷基变压器油的研究及应用受到了越来越广泛的关注。但是目前,加氢异构非环烷基变压器油在500kV及更高电压等级的电力变压器及换流变压器设备中尚处于可行性研究及试点应用阶段,油中溶解气体特性及空间电荷特性尚需深入研究。本文系统梳理并总结了加氢异构非环烷基变压器油的结构、理化和电气特性的相关研究进展。最后,对加氢异构非环烷基变压器油研究的发展趋势及关键问题进行了展望。

     

    Abstract: Traditional naphthenic transformer oils are gradually unable to meet the domestic transformer oil market need, with the rapid development of the power grid. At the same time, the hydroisomerization technology of nonnaphthenic transformer oil is gradually improved and widely used. The research and application of hydroisomerized non-naphthenic transformer oil has received more and more attention. But the application in power transformers of 500 kV and higher voltage level and converter transformers is still in the feasibility study and trial operation stage. The characteristics of dissolved gas and space charge in oil need further research. The related research situation of hydroisomerized non-naphthenic transformer oil was summarized systematically in this paper, including the structural, physical, chemical and electrical properties. Finally, the research and development trends of hydroisomerized non-naphthenic transformer oil were prospected.
