准开关升压逆变器的多模态组合控制

Multi-modal Combination Control of Quasi-switched Boost Inverter

  • 摘要: 准开关升压逆变器由有源开关升压单元和逆变桥单元两部分组成,包含多个全控型开关,开关器件的通断组合可以构成不同的工作模态。通过控制工作模态的先后次序和持续时间,可以得到不同的输出效果,给准开关升压逆变器的控制带来很多可能性。为了全面掌握准开关升压逆变器的控制策略,该文首先根据开关的通断状态得到单相准开关升压逆变器的4种工作模态; 然后, 通过不同工作模态的有效组合,推导出准开关升压逆变器所有可能的控制方式,包括2种两模态控制、3种三模态控制和1种四模态控制。然后, 比较不同的控制方式下准开关升压逆变器的工作性能,将准开关升压逆变器的三模态2、3与两模态1进行了详细地对比分析。最后,开展仿真与实验验证,验证该文提出的电力电子变换器多模态组合控制的可行性。

     

    Abstract: The quasi-switched Boost inverter consists of an active switch Boost unit and an inverter bridge unit, and includes multiple full controllable switches. The on-off combination of the switching device can constitute different operating mode. By controlling the order and duration of the operating modes, different output effects can be obtained, which brings many possibilities for the control of the quasi-switched Boost inverter. To fully grasp the control methods of a quasi-switched Boost inverter, this paper firstly obtained four operating modes of single-phase quasi-switched Boost inverter according to the on-off state of the switch. Then, through the effective combination of different operating modes, all possible control methods of the quasi-switched Boost inverter were derived, including two kinds of two-mode control, three kinds of three-mode control and one four-mode control. Then we compared the operating performance of the quasi-switched Boost inverter under different control methods, contrasted and analyzed of three mode 2, 3 and two mode 1 of the quasi-switched Boost inverter in detail. Finally, the simulation and experimental verification were carried out, the feasibility of the multi-modal combination control of the power electronic converter proposed in this paper was verified.
