Abstract:
The quasi-switched Boost inverter consists of an active switch Boost unit and an inverter bridge unit, and includes multiple full controllable switches. The on-off combination of the switching device can constitute different operating mode. By controlling the order and duration of the operating modes, different output effects can be obtained, which brings many possibilities for the control of the quasi-switched Boost inverter. To fully grasp the control methods of a quasi-switched Boost inverter, this paper firstly obtained four operating modes of single-phase quasi-switched Boost inverter according to the on-off state of the switch. Then, through the effective combination of different operating modes, all possible control methods of the quasi-switched Boost inverter were derived, including two kinds of two-mode control, three kinds of three-mode control and one four-mode control. Then we compared the operating performance of the quasi-switched Boost inverter under different control methods, contrasted and analyzed of three mode 2, 3 and two mode 1 of the quasi-switched Boost inverter in detail. Finally, the simulation and experimental verification were carried out, the feasibility of the multi-modal combination control of the power electronic converter proposed in this paper was verified.
