基于相似变换理论的直驱风电场经柔直并网系统次同步振荡简化模型

Simplified Model for Studying the Sub-synchronous Oscillation of Direct-drive Wind Farms Via VSC-HVDC System Based on Similar Transformation Theory

  • 摘要: 直驱风电场经柔直并网系统阶数较大,适用于次同步振荡(sub-synchronous oscillation,SSO)研究的详细建模难以实现。针对这一问题,基于矩阵的相似变换理论,提出一种适用于分析直驱风电场经柔直并网系统场内/场网SSO的简化模型。简化模型基于相似矩阵具有相同特征值的原理,将多机经柔直并网系统SSO问题简化为两种不同结构的单机系统来研究,并给出降阶后两类单机系统的动态数学模型和物理简化模型。其中,第1类单机系统反映场内SSO模式,第2类单机系统反映场网SSO模式。最后,通过工程规划阶段、工程投运阶段和实际风电场算例验证所提简化模型的有效性。结果表明,所提简化模型具有严格的理论基础,有效降低系统维数的同时能反映场内/场网SSO模式,弥补了基于输出倍乘的单机等值模型(output multiplication model,OMM)无法反映场内SSO模式的不足。同时,理论上验证了OMM为第二类单机系统的特例,可有效反映场网SSO模式。

     

    Abstract: Due to the large order of direct-drive wind farms via VSC-HVDC system, it is difficult to build the detailed model for studying the sub-synchronous oscillation(SSO). To solve this issue, a simplified model for studying the inside-wind-farm/wind-farm-grid SSO was proposed based on the matrix’ similarity transformation theory. Based on the principle that the similar matrices have the identical eigenvalues, the SSO analysis of multi-machine via VSC-HVDC system was conducted based on two kinds of single-machine systems, and the dynamic mathematical models and physical simplified models of two kinds of single-machine systems were presented after order reduction. The first kind of single-machine system can reflect the inside-wind-farm SSO modes, and the second kind of single-machine system can reflect the wind-farm-grid SSO modes. Finally, the validity of the proposed simplified model was verified through project planning stage, project commissioning stage and practical wind farms cases. The results show that the proposed simplified model has a strict theoretical basis. Although the system order is reduced significantly, the proposed simplified model can still reflect inside-wind-farm/wind-farm-grid SSO modes, which makes up for the deficiency that the output multiplication based equivalent model(OMM) cannot reflect the inside-wind-farm SSO modes. Meanwhile, it is verified theoretically that the OMM is a special case of the second kind of single-machine system and can reflect wind-farm-grid SSO modes.
