A Family of Transformer-less Single-switch High Gain Boost Converters With Low Electric Stress

摘要: 高增益Boost变换器,其电压增益为G=(1+D)/(1-D)。与传统的二次型Boost变换器、准Z源Boost变换器和开关电感Boost变换器相比,其具有较少的二极管,且开关管和部分无源器件的电压应力和电流应力得到明显降低,从而降低了系统的损耗和成本,提高了变换效率。对所提变换器在电感电流连续导通模式(continuous conduction mode,CCM)和双向导通模式(bidirectional conduction mode,BCM)2种情况下的工作原理和稳态特性进行分析。最后,通过搭建一台100kHz/250W的实验样机,验证所提理论的可行性。Abstract: A family of transformer-less single-switch high gain Boost converters with lower voltage stress and current stress was proposed. The voltage gain of the proposed converters is G=(1+D)/(1-D). Compared to the traditional quadratic Boost converter, quasi-Z-source Boost converter and switched inductor Boost converter, the proposed converters have some advantages, including less components, lower voltage stress and current tress of active switch and part of passive components, thereby reducing the system total loss and cost and improving the conversion efficiency. The operating principle and steady-state characteristics under the inductor current continuous conduction mode(CCM) and bidirectional conduction mode(BCM) has been discussed in detail. Finally, an experimental prototype was implemented to verify the effectiveness of the proposed converters.
