Abstract: Integrated power system（IPS） technology is a new profound revolution for ship propulsion system, with the idea of integration and modularization to constitute a high-performance ship power system platform, it gradually becomes a clear development direction. Integrated motor propulsion（IMP） have emerged with the development of integrated power technology, and play an important role for the characteristic of the high-power-density, high-efficiency, low-noise and high-mobility of electric propulsion. Based on the working principle and characteristics of the propulsion device with integrated motor, its key technology research status and main application configuration were analyzed, and its application development trend was further discussed.
