基于交流母线电压扰动量的高压直流系统换相失败抑制策略

Commutation Failure Suppression Strategy for HVDC System Based on AC Bus Voltage Disturbance

  • 摘要: 高压直流输电系统的换相失败是换流站常发生的故障,影响着直流输电工程的安全稳定运行,而交流系统的扰动是直流换相失败的主要原因之一。该文研制宽频带电磁暂态电压在线监测装置,根据该装置的测录数据进行聚类及相关性分析,发现交流系统故障引起的交流电压暂态扰动量与高压直流工程是否发生换相失败具有较强相关性。据此提出基于交流母线电压扰动量的高压直流系统换相失败抑制策略。根据CIGRE标准控保系统和国内常用控保系统建立直流工程仿真模型,应用故障扫描仿真以及基于近年来的林枫直流和复奉直流输电工程的换相失败故障录波数据的事件仿真,对比验证可知抑制策略对高压直流输电工程的换相失败事件具有良好的抑制效果。为达到更好的应用效果,建议根据不同的直流工程和交流电网实际情况开展实时仿真,选择最优参量值。

     

    Abstract: Commutation failure of HVDC transmission system is common fault in inverter station, which affects the safe and stable operation of HVDC transmission project. And disturbance of AC system is one of the main causes of DC commutation failure. In this paper, the broadband electromagnetic transient voltage monitoring device was developed, and clustering and relevance analysis to the record data was carried out, and it was concluded that there was a strong correlation between the AC bus voltage transient disturbance caused by the fault and commutation failure of HVDC transmission system. Then the commutation failure suppression strategy for HVDC system based on AC bus voltage disturbance in inverter station was proposed. The simulation models according to CIGRE standard and common control and insurance system in China were established. According to the fault scanning simulation and the event simulation based on the fault recording data of commutation failures of Linfeng and Fufeng HVDC transmission projects in recent years, the strategy had a very good suppression effect on the commutation failures of HVDC transmission projects. To get better application effect, it is suggested to carry out real-time simulation according to the actual situation of different DC projects and AC power grid, and select the optimal parameter value.
