基于基波分析法的车载充电机CLLC谐振变换器参数设计方法

Design Methodology of CLLC Resonant Converters for Electric Vehicle Battery Chargers

  • 摘要: 研究一种CLLC直流双向谐振变换器,适用于宽电压增益范围、宽负载范围场合应用。文中从基波分析法的角度,对CLLC谐振变换器的增益特性和阻性边界进行研究。针对传统设计方法在面对非阻性有源负载时存在的不足,提出一种基于参数优化且能保证全局软开关运行的设计方法。搭建一台输入电压640~900V、输出电压200~400V,双向功率5k W的实验样机,实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性和参数设计方法的可行性。

     

    Abstract: A CLLC bidirectional resonant converter used for wide voltage gain range and wide range of load environment was researched. This paper thoroughly analyzed the gain characteristics and resistive boundary of CLLC resonant converter from the perspective of FHA method. Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional design methods in face of non-resistive active loads, a design method based on parameter optimization and ensuring global soft switching operation was proposed. In conclusion, An experimental prototype with 640~900 V input voltage, 200~400 V output voltage and bidirectional power rating of 5 k W was established, which verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the feasibility of the proposed parameter design method.
