基于开绕组结构的漏磁通可控内置式永磁电机磁场调控技术研究

Research on Magnetic Field Control of Leakage Flux Controllable Interior Permanent Magnet Motor Based on Open Winding

  • 摘要: 研究一种基于开绕组结构的漏磁可控型内置式永磁(leakagefluxcontrollableinteriorpermanentmagnet,LFCIPM)电机。在开绕组拓扑结构下,基于漏磁控制原理,分析该类电机实现漏磁控制的基本条件,研究LFC-IPM电机的运行原理,构建转子内置永磁电机漏磁可控的磁路结构。通过有限元仿真探究LFC-IPM电机的调磁特性和电磁性能。在此基础上,建立漏磁可调的电机数学模型。为提高电机调速范围和动态响应性能,提出一种考虑电机零序电流抑制的PI+RC控制策略,有效提高了电机调磁时的稳定性,抑制了磁场变化引起的零序电流幅值变化。最后,制造样机并搭建实验测试平台,进行实验研究,结果验证漏磁可控特性、PI+RC策略的有效性以及该电机系统的宽调速特性。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, a sort of leakage flux controllable interior permanent magnet motor(LFC-IPM) with open winding structure was studied. Based on the principle of flux leakage control, this paper analyzed the basic conditions of this motor to realize flux leakage control, studied the operating principle of LFC-IPM motor, and constructed the magnetic circuit structure of permanent magnet motor with controllable flux leakage. The magnetic field control characteristics and electromagnetic performances of LFC-IPM motor were investigated by finite element simulation. Furthermore, the mathematical model of the motor with adjustable flux leakage was established. In order to improve the speed range and dynamic response performance of the motor, a PI+RC control strategy based on considering the zero-sequence current suppression of the motor was proposed, which effectively improved the stability of the motor when adjusting the magnetic field, and suppressed the change of zero-sequence current amplitude caused by the magnetic field change. Finally, a prototype was manufactured, an experimental test platform was built, and experimental research was carried out. The results verified the magnetic flux leakage control characteristics, the effectiveness of PI+RC strategy, and the wide speed regulation characteristics of the motor system.
