Topology Analysis of Two-phase Interleaved High Gain Boost DC Converter With CD Unit

  • 摘要: 该文提出一种电容–二极管(capacitor-diode,CD)单元构成方法,其中二极管顺向连接,通过在CD单元的不同分支处补充电容和短路线,推衍一系列CD结构。其内在工作原理类似,但由于电容位置的变换,电容承受电压发生变化。将CD单元与两相交错并联Boost结构结合,进一步衍生一系列应用在小功率光伏发电系统的高增益直流变换器。选取其中电容耐压值最小的作为最优4CD高增益变换器,详细分析该变换器的工作过程,推导电压增益、输入输出电流、功率管电压和电流应力的具体关系式,给出电路损耗的计算结果,最后搭建一台380W实验样机,实验结果验证电路的可行性。

     

    Abstract: This paper proposed a capacitor-diode(CD) cell construction method in which diodes were connected in a forward direction, and a series of CD structures were deduced by supplementing capacitors and short-circuit lines at different branches of the CD unit. The internal working principle is similar, but the voltage of the capacitor changes due to the transformation of the capacitor’s position. Combining the CD unit with the two-phase interleaved Boost structure, a series of high gain DC converters for low-power photovoltaic power system were further derived. Taking the optimal 4 CD high gain topology with the lower capacitors’ voltage as an example, the working process of the converter was analyzed in detail at first. Secondly, the specific expressions of voltage gain, input-output current, voltage and current stress of the switches were derived. Thirdly, the loss analysis of circuit was given. Finally, a 380 W experiment prototype was built to verify the effectiveness of the topology.
